During the Alabasta arc, Crocodile displayed a level of power that was initially considered overwhelming by the Straw Hat Pirates. He possessed the Logia-type Devil Fruit called the Suna Suna no Mi (Sand-Sand Fruit), which granted him the ability to control and transform into sand. He had a reputation as a Shichibukai and controlled the desert kingdom of Alabasta from the shadows. His strength was showcased through his battles with Luffy and others. At Marineford, Crocodile was present as part of the war that took place at Marine Headquarters. While he did participate in the battle, he didn't display the same level of dominance as some other powerful characters present. This has led fans to speculate that he might not have been as strong as initially portrayed in Alabasta. It's important to note that power scaling and character abilities can be subject to interpretation and development by the author. Oda often keeps details deliberately open-ended to keep the story intriguing.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
Hit or Flop
Shang chi may very well be the definition of mixed bag .
For me personally this movie delivered some of the most interesting and amazing work we've seen in the MCU , But it also delivers some of the weakest.
It really is a case of two steps forward, and one step back.
Let me start with what I liked .
Thematically this movie is a home run .
There are so many interesting ideas and concept that the movie plays with , and I really enjoyed watching them unfold.
In particular, The file expertly examines the theme of family and does so under the very creative away . Also I really liked the majority of the performances .
Most notably SIMU LIU and Tony Leung as shang chi and the Mandarin Respectively .
Also , Credit where credit is due to its very apparent that this movie is trying to break the monotony and molo of being the "Typical Marvel Movie " and I think it succeeds in doing so for a good portion of the runtime .
Finally the action is fantastic and the Choreography Cannot be undersold, and the camera work is great .
The Camera always manages to be kinetic during the fights -Adding another dimension to the action , But Not at the risk of making things difficult to watch .
Now onto the stuff I didn't like .
Without going into spoilers , there are some characters and arcs that I just really didn't care for at all .
Personally I really didn't like awkwafina's character .
She just felt like the obligatory quirky friend and it felt like a rehash of the darcy from thor,
Which is a character type I really don't like . There is another character who I can't mention because of spoilers , but as much as I thought it would be interesting to see them they ended up really overstaying their welcome .
The middle of act of this movie is pretty awful . No exaggeration , I think it might be my least favorite section of anything in the mcu . It's boring , overly expository uninteresting , and riddled with unnecessary humor . Its genuinely like a compilation of all the things I complain mcu does , for about 30 minutes.
